Cancellation
I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and I will gladly reschedule your reservation. All no call no shows will be required to leave a 50% non refundable deposit before rebooking, which will be credited toward the appointment.
Of course life happens, traffic, weather etc. With that being said I will try my hardest to get your services done. However after the 15 min mark your appointment is subject to change/reschedule to prevent cutting into following appointments. On the other hand if I am running behind I will notify you as soon as possible and should that affect your day there is no penalty for rescheduling. I know we are all juggling a lot so I do try to be as respectful as possible to everyones schedule.
Products
I do offer exchanges on products purchased from me if you aren’t happy and have only used it a few times, as it sometimes takes time to work. No refunds.
Deposits
All First Time Clients, Color Corrections, Extension Services, Perm, Straightening services and On Location appointments a 50% non refundable deposit is required, which will be credited toward the appointment (credit card taken at time of booking). i definitely understand that you may need to reschedule, if given at least 24 hour notice the 50% deposit will be moved forward to your new appointment. Color Corrections, Extension, Perm, Straightening Services and On Location appointments also require a consultation.
